We're regularly asked: How can you tell if a coffee roaster actually operates ethically?

So, we've made a handy cheat sheet with our priorities on it. You can use this no matter where you get your coffee. 

This isn't necessarily definitive, and we're not pretending to have thought of everything. We're also not perfectly compliant with our own checklist! Still, we think questions like this can help demystify the part of the coffee business that many people don't see while generating useful conversations.
